Future-proof real estate development is our starting point. Through Next Day Real Estate, we own and develop a portfolio of smart, affordable homes that address the growing demand for sustainable living. These developments are strategically located in and around major cities, providing accessible housing solutions that are designed to cope with societal changes and environmental challenges. Our projects are not just buildings; they are ecosystems that integrate green energy production, advanced digital management systems, and socially responsible practices.
Green energy performance standards
All our projects are planned to meet the highest energy performance standards and will be developed with the utmost environmental and social consciousness. We aim for our residential projects to achieve Energy Performance Labels ranging from A++ to B, placing them at the top of the EPB pyramid. Currently, less than 10% of all granted labels match this level of energy performance. Additionally, since all our buildings will be new, they will benefit from a 10-year contractual warranty from the general contractor, with an additional insurance warranty for the same period in case the contractor is no longer in operation.
