Next Day Sustainable Holdings

Next Day Sustainable Holdings (NDSH) is a leading investment company focused on tackling one of the world’s most urgent challenges—reducing carbon emissions and achieving a net-zero environment. Real estate is responsible for 40% of global CO2 emissions. We are committed to reducing this impact  with smart sustainable homes, built with regenerative materials, powered by green energy and driven by AI. We aim at generating financial returns by benefiting society and the environment.

We work at the intersection between real estate, green technology, digital infrastructure and regenerative materials, all focused on making sustainable living accessible to everyone. Our approach to building long-term value includes selecting investments that meet the highest standards of sustainability and resilience. With climate change and carbon reduction as critical issues, we believe in forward-thinking solutions that ensure our investments are flexible and adaptable, staying relevant even in uncertain times.
